This is a post by SoCal Filipinos Facebook Page Filipino American gymnast Emma Malabuyo qualified for the upcoming Olympic Games in Paris and will represent the Philippines. A star on the UCLA Women’s Gymnastic team Emma qualified after taking a silver medal in the all-around competition at the Asian Gymnastics Championships. For the Tokyo Olympics three years ago Emma served as an alternate for Team USA. Now she will live her Olympic dreams in the gymnastic competition representing the Philippines.

Due to your and many other generous individuals' efforts, last year we were able to raise $22,000+ in order to deploy free medical and surgical care for hundreds of patients and their families in Carmona Cavite and Tayabas Quezon in the Philippines. This coming fundraiser will go to gather resources for upcoming service to Carmona Cavite, Manila and (hopefully) Dumaguete Negros Oriental! As you know it takes a "village," and we are so grateful that you are part of ours! If you and/or friends and family are interested and available, please sign up below!
