In many dioceses in the US, it is usual for parish priests to be reassigned periodically. Our beloved Father Dexter Noblefranca has received an official notification of his new assignment as the Pastor of Saint Patrick Catholic Church in downtown Memphis. Father Dexter currently serves as the Chaplain of Saint Benedict at Auburndale (SBA) where for the last three years he has provided spiritual growth and development for the school’s student body and faculty. Please let us pray for a smooth transition for Father Dexter as he begins his new assignment on July 1, 2023 and for the other newly assigned Pastors. Let us continue to show our support to Father Dexter and the entire Catholic Diocese of Memphis. As a community, we are also tremendously grateful as he remains to be in Memphis and will continue to officiate our first Sunday Filipino Mass.
